What this policy covers
This policy covers this website, acren.ie, only.
It does not cover the separate Acren platform. Information about how the platform handles client records is provided in its privacy policy.
What this site collects
There is one form on this site, for arranging a call. It asks for your name, your practice, your email address, your mobile number, your role, the number of advisors in your practice, and anything you choose to tell us. Those details are sent to us so we can arrange the call and reply to you.
The form is delivered by Formspree, which passes the submission on to our mailbox. Nothing you type is stored on this website itself.
There are no analytics, tracking pixels, session recordings or advertising networks. There is no website account, newsletter or mailing list. After you choose Accept all or Reject all, one cookie remembers that preference for 180 days. It contains your choice, a timestamp and a preference-policy version, with no name, email address or assigned visitor identifier. You can change your choice through Cookie settings in the footer. Server logs
The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel records standard technical logs of requests to the site, and those logs include IP addresses. That is a normal part of serving a website and it happens whether or not a site has analytics.
Those logs sit with the host. I do not analyse them, and I do not use them to identify or profile visitors.
If you email me
If you email me, I receive your message and your email address, and I keep them in my mailbox so that I can reply and carry on the conversation. That is ordinary business correspondence. You are not added to any list.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have rights over personal data held about you, including rights of access, correction and erasure. The only personal data connected to this site is what is described above.
Email diarmuid@acren.ie and say what you want.
If you are not satisfied with the response, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission, the Irish supervisory authority, at dataprotection.ie.
Changes
If this site ever starts collecting anything more, this page changes first, and the date at the top changes with it.
